FEATURES and BENEFITS
PoliFloor®65-Q has thefollowingcharacteristics;
-Easilyapplied on freshlyfloatedsurfaceconcrete.
-Withitsmodifiedpolymers, it absorbsthewater of thesurfaceconcrete on which it has beenappliedandforms a monolithicstructurewithbareconcrete.
-Do not oxidize.
-Hardenerappliedsurface is 4-6 timesmoreresistanttoabrasionthanbareconcrete.
-Containsproperlysizedandgradedcorundumaggregate.
-Resistanttofreeze-thawcircle.
-Resistanttoflakingduetothe salt applicationagainstfreezing.

WATCH POINTS
-Duringapplicationtheambientandthefloortemperatureshould not be lessthan +5°C andmorethan +35ºC.
-Thesurfacehardenerapplicationsshouldbecarriedoutbysuitablyqualifiedapplicators.
-TheSurfaceHardenersareonlyaimedtoincreasetheabrasionandimpactresistance of a surface; theyhavenoeffect on mechanicalstrengths (flexural, tensile andcompression) of theconcrete on whichtheyareapplied.
Therefore, theconcreteshould be designed in accordancewiththemechanicalloadsthataffectthesurfacethereof.
-Thethickness of thescreed on which PoliFloor®65-Q will be appliedshould be morethan 7 cm, thewater/cementratioshould be over 0.45 andtheconcreteclassshould be C25 at least.

Repeatsteps 3 upto 4 including(applythesecondshake, floatingthesecondshake of PoliFloor®65-Q followedby a firsttrowellingand a second/final trowelling.

CONSUMPTION
Based on thepurpose of useandtrafficload 4-8 kg/m2. Forlightcoloredapplications, theapplicationshould not be lessthan 7 kg/m2.

PACKAGING, STORAGE, SHELF LIFE
PoliFloor®65-Q, is packaged in 25 kg moistureresistantbagsandbigbags. Do not usetheproductifbag is damaged. Keptfrost-freeanddry, PoliFloor®65-Q can be storedfor 12 months in thetightlyclosedoriginalpackages.
